1. General Policy for Food Products
Due to the nature of food, consumable, and perishable products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
This policy is in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns may be considered only in the following cases:
Damaged
Product delivered is damaged at the time of delivery
Incorrect
Wrong item or variant delivered
Defective
Expired or has visible manufacturing defect
To be eligible:
- The product must be unopened and unused
- Original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact
- A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items purchased under clearance, promotional, or discounted sales (unless damaged or incorrect)

5. Refunds
If a return is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

7–10 business days
Singapore
7–14 business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Replacements
Where applicable, NutriZense may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
7. International Orders
For international or export orders, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, considering customs, logistics, and regulatory constraints.
Any duties, taxes, or import charges are non-refundable.
8. Bulk, Export & Private-Label Orders
Orders placed for:
- Bulk supply
- Export shipments
- Private-label or custom formulations
are non-cancellable and non-returnable, unless otherwise agreed in writing as part of a commercial contract.
9. Right to Refuse Returns
NutriZense reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where misuse or tampering is suspected.
10. Policy Updates
NutriZense reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page and will apply to orders placed after the effective date.
