Orders are not processed or dispatched on public holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Singapore Orders)
International orders shipped to Singapore may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees as per local regulations.

NutriZense is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Order Tracking

Delivery Issues
NutriZense is not liable for:
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
- Delays caused by customs or regulatory inspections
If an order is returned due to delivery failure, reshipping costs may apply.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
1.Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
2.Share clear photos of the package and products received
Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for review.
